Hello, I'm Marcelly!

I’m Marcelly Cardia, a personal trainer and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete based in New York City.

Strength training changed my life. It taught me discipline, resilience, patience, and how to trust myself under pressure. Now I help others build that same strength, physically and mentally.
