Refund policy

M.C Candles Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your candles! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@mccandles.nyc. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange, the easiest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at hello@mccandles.nyc.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@mccandles.nyc within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

No Final Sale Items

We want every purchase to feel right! We do not designate any items as final sale. All products are eligible for returns and exchanges within the 30-day window.
