M.C Candles Shipping Policy

We’re excited to ship your candles to you! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
• Custom or personalized orders may take longer; we’ll notify you of the estimated timeframe during checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
• Delivery times vary depending on your shipping method and location, typically ranging from 3–7 business days within the United States.
• We currently only ship within the United States and Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• M.C Candles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier. However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
• If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@mccandles.nyc, and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your candles, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mccandles.nyc with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
